For Literary Competitions & Awards

AI-generated entries are a real challenge.
Here's how to address it.

Register with Writion so that entrants can voluntarily include a Stage Journey Report with their submission. When authorship is formally in question, a Provenance Report can be dispatched directly from Writion to your organisation — bypassing the entrant entirely.

Why this matters

The Stage Journey Report changes the conversation.

An entrant who can demonstrate a months-long creative process has already told you something meaningful. Registration lets you make that evidence formal when it counts.

Voluntary, not compulsory
Entrants choose to include a Stage Journey Report. You don't need to change your entry requirements — you simply have a verification path available when you need it.
The report travels directly from Writion to you
When a Provenance Report is requested, Writion dispatches the identical report simultaneously to the entrant and to your registered address. The entrant has no ability to alter the copy you receive.
The data is honest
All activity is recorded without filtering. Anomalous patterns — such as all stage transitions happening in a single day — are flagged visibly in the report. Writion presents what happened. You decide what it means.
How it works

Three steps. No administration on your end.

1
The entrant submits
They include a Stage Journey Report with their entry — a timestamped record assembled from their Writion project activity. The reference number tells you verification is available.
2
Authorship is questioned
A judge or administrator raises a formal question about whether the work is human-authored. You notify the entrant that a Provenance Report is required.
3
Writion dispatches
The entrant requests the report through Writion. It is dispatched simultaneously to the entrant and to your registered competition address. Both parties receive the same document.
